To continuously improve our efficiency through training and technology with the goal of maximizing profits and value. To maximize the individual potential of every member of the SUPERMARKET JAMAICA team to create a harmonious, efficient family, well-equipped to meet our customers’ needs and to realize our personal goals within a caring organization. To continuously improve our customers’ experiences by upgrading and refurbishing existing stores while building new stores to the highest standards. To maximize size and efficiency in order to meet the challenge posed by international competitors.
