| How To Shop on Super Plus Foods |
BUYING AN ITEM
- Browse through our items by selecting
a category under 'Products' on the left side of the screen. The items within
this category will be displayed in the centre of the page.
- The products listed under Category "In Store Purchase Only" can only be purchased at the store and not through the online shopping cart.
- Just fill your cart by selecting
the quantity and clicking on the 'Add to Cart' button beside the items you
need. Please do not click 'Add to Cart' button
again until you see that the item has been added to your cart under the 'Shopping
Cart' section.
- Your selected items will be displayed
in your 'Shopping Cart' section in the top right corner of the page. Your
'Shopping Cart' displays the name and price of each added item and the number
of items and the subtotal.
VIEWING ITEMS IN CART
- The items already in your shopping
cart are displayed in the 'Shopping Cart' section at top right of the page.
- To get more details, click the
'View Shopping Cart' button in the 'Shopping Cart' section at top right of
the page. The contents of your cart will be shown in the centre of the page.
DELETING AN ITEM
- To delete an item that is in your cart, click on the 'View Shopping Cart'
button in the 'Shopping Cart' section at top of page. The items in your cart
are displayed. Click on the 'Delete' button beside the item you wish to remove
from your cart.
DELETING ALL ITEMS
- Click on the 'Empty' button in
the 'Shopping Cart' section at top right of the page. This will delete ALL
items from your cart.
CHANGING ITEM QUANTITY
- To change the quantity
of an item already in your cart click on the 'View Shopping Cart' at top of
page.
- Change the quantity of
the item by selecting the amount in the quantity box.
- Click the 'Update Quantity'
button to submit your changes. Verify that the changes have been sucessfully
updateed by checking the 'Shopping Cart' section.
CHECKING OUT AND PAYING
- Click the 'Checkout' button in
the 'Shopping Cart' section to begin the checkout process.
- This will display your cart contents
and an invoice of the total amount to pay.
- Verify that the total, items and
quantities are correct. If not you can change the quantity of an item by entering
the correct quantity in the quantity box and click the 'Update Qty' button.
- If you are not signed in you must
choose to either sign in as a member or not a member.
- Member - If you are a member
click the 'Already a Member' button. The sign in box appears. Enter your
sign-in ID and password.
- Not a Member - If you are
not a member, click the 'Not a Member' button. A form requesting your
billing information is displayed. If you want to become a member fill
in a sign-in ID and password.
- Next enter the recipient information
for whom you are buying the items for. This is very important to securely identify
this person. Click the 'Continue' button when finished.
- You must next verify that you
will be using a credit card to pay for the items by clicking the radio button
beside credit card. Click the 'Continue' button when done.
- Your billing information is displayed.
Click the 'Checkout' button after you have verified or updated the billing information to continue the checkout process.
- You are then directed to 2Checkout.com (2CO), Inc. who is the exclusive authorized retailer of goods and services
provided by Super Plus Foods. 2CO accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, and JCB. 2CO also accepts PayPal or internet/phone payment using FxSource.
- The Review Order page is shown displaying your cart total, cart contents and billing information. Click the "Checkout" button to continue.
- The Personal Information page is shown and displays your billing information. Click "Next" button to continue.
- The Payment Method page is shown and choose either credit card, PayPal or FxSource (Internet/phone billing). Click the "Next" button to continue.
- If the payment method selected was credit card then the Credit page is shown. Enter your credit card number, expiry date and card verification number - CVV (enter 000 if card does not have one). Click the 'Submit' button when done.
- If the payment method selected was FxSource then the FxSource page is shown. Select the banking country and press the "Next" button. Invoice instructions are displayed on how and who to make the internet or phone bill payment to. Click the "Finalize" button.
The Order Complete page is displayed. The following step is very important.
To complete the transaction and return to the Super Plus Foods site, you MUST click the button 'Click Here to Finalize Your Order' to complete payment. Button is located at top of page. This is very important to successfully complete your order and to redirect you back to the Super Plus Foods website. Do not click the browser back button or close the web browser. This will result in an incomplete order.
- After returning to the Super Plus Foods website, a confirmation invoice with your Super Plus Foods Order Id is shown. Use this Order Id to check the order status (after log in go to Account Info) or in any correspondence
you send to us.
- An email confirmation from 2Checkout.com and from Super Plus Food Stores will also be sent to you.
ORDER PROCESSING
- Your recipient will be contacted within 3 business days to schedule a pickup time and from which store location.
- Please NOTE: no orders will be scheduled for a Sunday pickup.
- Your recipient must provide proper photo identification. Without this photo ID the groceries will not be allowed to be picked up.
- We reserve the right to substitute the chosen item with an equivalent or better product, chosen at our discretion
when we have any problems with product availability.
- Email notifications are sent to you after the order is scheduled for pickup and once it is completed/picked up.
- For any questions raised regarding a charge on your credit card statement, please fill out an online Customer Service Request at http://www.2checkout.com/order.htm or contact 2CO’s Customer Service Department at 1.614.921.2450.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
- If an item that you have chosen is out of stock, your recipient may replace that item with an item of equivalent value to the out of stock item.
- No cash will be given to the recipient for the out of stock item.
